As the Sales & Event Manager, you will be the strategic driver behind Chop Steakhouse, Airport and London locations sales development, client engagements and all aspects of event planning and execution. This leadership position cultivates high-value relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and fosters collaboration across departments and locations, to ensure the seamless execution of high standards that Chop Steakhouse is committed to delivering.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience in event planning or management, preferably in hospitality.
3+ years of sales management experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of executing events of varying scales and formats.
A team player with outstanding organizational skills, capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Proficiency with Tripleseat & Opentable, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel between London and Toronto airport locations as needed.
