WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO MANAGE THE SALES AND EVENTS SIDE OF OUR COMPANIES!

GlamoRose Cakes is a Cupcake company in Swindon, with a shop on the High Street in Old Town. We have just acquired Rays Ice Cream with a shop round the corner from ours, and are looking for someone to support both businesses in their sales growth and event planning. This is a really exciting opportunity to be a key part in the operations, supporting both businesses to reach their full potential. • Invoices and other administration tasks as required
  • To cover holiday and sickness, there would be the expectation to sell at events and drive our vans, therefore having a driving license and being over the age of 25 is essential, as well as feeling comfortable to drive larger vehicles.

  • The ideal person would have previous experience in business to business sales
  • Someone who is highly organised, efficient and takes their own initiative, with a strong attention to detail
  • They would need to be self motivated, passionate for the product and a bubbly personality to match the brands
  • Have a professional manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Someone who has proficient IT skills

About the role:

  • Contract would be a fixed term contract until 31st December, with a review mid-December, for this to be a permanent contract
  • Salary would be £21,840 - £23,400 depending on experience

  • There is the opportunity for the right person to have over-time working at events outside of their contracted hours and at weekends
  • Place of work would be at one of our three sites around Swindon
  • Benefits include holiday pay, staff discounts and working within a small close-knit team
