Overview - Sales & Events Executive

• Location: Head Office – Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow
• Department: Central Reservations
• Hours: Part-time contract (20 hours guaranteed, with potential for up to 40 hours)

• Manage all inbound calls to our central reservations line.
• Respond to emails and messages from customers about bookings, products, and venue information.
• Take and manage reservations, including bottle packages and private event enquiries.
• Assist with event planning and coordination during busy periods or larger events.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service that reflects the spirit of our venues.
• Work closely with venue teams to ensure smooth handovers and top-notch guest experiences.
