ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sales & Events Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting a wide range of sales and event activities across Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Astra Lumina Gold Coast and, our premier event space The Homestead. You’ll be a point of contact for event and sales enquiries, as well as proactive and reactive sales efforts.
In this diverse role, you’ll assist with proposals, contracts, and assist with database management, reporting, bookings, event planning, and general administrative tasks to support effective team operations. You will also support the broader sales and marketing efforts, helping to build relationships with tourism and accommodation partners, assist with site inspections, sales calls, famils, and attend off-site events and trade shows.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing both coordination and client-facing work. The position requires a high level of organisation, flexibility, and a proactive approach, as well as a willingness to work in an outdoor environment alongside native wildlife – and it helps if you are passionate about conservation and sustainability.
