JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage all Design My Night/ Collins enquiries/ bookings to ensure best diary management and optimisation.
  • Attend all site visits, upselling and managing clients’ expectations
  • Manage all pre-planning of events: contracts, invoicing, payments and detailed function sheets
  • Work closely with the operations and onsite teams to ensure strong communication, the smooth running of events and private hires
  • Attend/ manage the bigger events on the day to ensure that it is running to plan, being the main point of contact for the client
  • Implement comprehensive sales strategies with the Head of Sales to ensure maximisation of all revenue opportunities from group bookings, events and full venue hires
  • Achieve agreed KPIs, quarterly targets
  • Ensure effective recording and tracking of all sales initiatives and prepare reports for sales meetings
  • Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with local Canary Wharf businesses, clients and other potential customers
  • Be the ambassador of the venue, attend all relevant events and networking
  • Be a problem solver, open to challenges and calm resolutions
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team and Head of Sales to develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Exceptional sales skills, proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Canary Wharf knowledge/experience.
Competitive Base Salary - £35-45k depending on experience with OTE circa £65k+
