SALES & EVENT MANAGER - LUXURY INDEPENDENT CATERING COMPANY

Location: South London (Office-based with on-site events)
Salary: £33,000 - £45,000 + commission (negotiable DOE)
We’re proud to be working with one of London’s leading privately-owned luxury event caterers, delivering Michelin-level cuisine and exceptional service for over 35 years. From intimate dinners to large-scale award ceremonies, our client creates bespoke menus and unforgettable experiences for some of the most prestigious venues in the city.
We are now seeking a capable, ambitious and entrepreneurial Sales & Event Manager to join their small but mighty team. This is a front-facing, full-cycle role - from the first client enquiry to event delivery - perfect for someone who thrives on relationship building, creativity and operational excellence - a real ‘can do’er’.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in sales and events within a luxury or high-end catering/events company - this is essential.
  • A genuine passion for creating extraordinary client experiences.
  • Exceptional communication, time management and organisational skills.
  • A creative, proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A polished, professional and personable manner.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required (overtime paid).

If you’re passionate about events and love building client relationships, we’d love to hear from you. This is a real opportunity to carve out your niche within a high-calibre company, with plenty of scope for career progression.
