REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
Responsibilities
  • Work with restaurant GM’s in your region to plan and organise events
  • Build a strong network of businesses and local communities, to maximise sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with new, existing and regular guests
  • Ensure new guests are continually fed into the business, using a proactive sales approach to market the San Carlo current offering
  • Continually drive sales through private bookings and events
  • Marketing of the restaurants trough social media accounts – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
  • Ownership of inbound sales and the booking system, maximising sales opportunities
  • Regularly attend networking events and sales opportunities to stay informed about market trends
