As Sales & Events Manager,you will take ownership of driving and delivering memorable events at The Old Bridge. This is a hands-on,commercial role where you’ll be responsible for growing event sales,managing client relationships,and ensuring every occasion exceeds expectations.

• Proactively manage enquiries,build relationships,and convert bookings to grow sales.
• Plan,coordinate,and deliver events from initial enquiry through to execution.
• Develop partnerships with guests and local businesses to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote weddings,celebrations,and corporate events.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling,staffing,and set-up for smooth delivery.
• Review events post-delivery,gathering feedback to continuously improve.
