We’re looking for a Sales and Events Manager to join our talented team at Trapeze Bar.
Key role purpose. Drive proactive sales through utilisation of own network, promotional and marketing activity/ social media and local business networking.
To manage and enable and process all inbound enquiries, bookings, and communications and assist where necessary - through all channels including but not exhaustive to. - telephone, website, venue booking system, email enquiries, third party companies, and physical walk-in trade.
To grow and maximise pre-booked sales and footfall, through the sales of packages, table/area/private room, and key ticketed events.
Build business relationships with both new and existing guests through local outreach and physical networking activities as well as drive pro-active outreach for the sales team through phone and email.
Local Marketing to business, engaging with Local Corporate through Third Parties/ Networking activity/ Venue Showcases/ social media.
Christmas and Key Calendar Date focus. Exceed sales revenue targets through venue optimisation of key dates and venue capacity.
Support the operations team and business with general customer communication.
To manage, train and develop the sales executive team within the venue(if required)
