We’re dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality living for over 55s. We’re seeking a Sales and Guest Relations Coordinator who blends commercial acumen with heartfelt care to guide residents and their families through one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
You’ll oversee the full sales journey – from initial enquiry through to contract and settlement – while advising our dedicated property team on the refurbishment of vacated homes to ensure they’re market-ready. You’ll also play a key role in guest relations, ensuring every interaction reflects our values of integrity, service, accountability, and teamwork. Your calm, empathetic approach will help retirees feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
