About the role As a key member of the Retail Leadership team, the Sales and Hospitality Lead is responsible for driving store sales and delivering exceptional hospitality within our curated retail environments. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and collaborating closely with the Brand Partnerships Manager to host engaging events that align with brand goals and enhance customer engagement. Engage with clients in store and create inspirational, on-brand shopping experiences, actively listening to needs and providing personalized recommendations based on preferences and lifestyle Model unmatched hospitality for the store team, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and fostering brand loyalty Work with the LAKE retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store’s performance Maintain a deep knowledge of product lines, trends and the brand story to share with clients Assist the retail leadership team in opening and closing duties, coaching associates, resolving customer complaints, and leading the team to success. Assist the Corporate team in the planning and execution of all in-store events, including product launches, seasonal promotions, pop-ups, etc. Create a welcoming and inspirational environment during events, ensuring customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You should have... 1+yrs retail experience, especially in an elevated role Strong sales skills with proven ability to meet and exceed targets Skilled at building client relationships & leveraging into event participation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and handle multiple responsibilities Education/experience (including internships) related to Client/Retail events Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers A passion for the LAKE brand and aesthetic and knowledge of the fashion market Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
