JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a high-performing Sales and Key Accounts Executive with a proven track record in the construction, interior fit-out, and facility management sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing new clients onboard, managing and growing existing accounts, and driving revenue through strategic sales and strong client relationships. This role demands exceptional negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in Abu Dhabi in the construction, fit-out, or FM industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring new clients onboard and generate substantial new revenue.
  • Strong existing network of clients and consultants within Abu Dhabi.
  • Deep understanding of local tendering processes, municipality requirements, and authority approvals.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic – both written and spoken.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, with a focus on bringing new clients onboard.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to Abu Dhabi’s construction, fit-out, and FM markets.
  • Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, technical and commercial proposals, and tender submissions for public and private sector clients.
  • Conduct contract and pricing negotiations with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to align proposals with operational capabilities and client expectations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
