QUALIFICATIONS

The successful applicant will have:

  • A focus on professional development with a passion to succeed
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working either in sales or in Real Estate
  • A team player who is organised
  • Professional work ethic
  • Excellent written & verbal skills
  • Fully competent in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Have a minimum Assistant Agent status as required by NSW Fair Trading.
  • Have a current NSW Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic recruit to join our well-established, top-performing Commercial Real Estate Agency located in the Northwest growth capital, Castle Hill. The Sales and Leasing Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, listing properties, conducting property inspections, preparing leasing and sales documents, and negotiating terms. The role also includes researching specific commercial property markets & trends, developing sales strategies, and maintaining a sizable client database. You will receive extensive support from the agency, working directly alongside one of the industry’s top performers in the field.
