REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience (off-plan experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Russian-speaking preferred (additional languages are a plus)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with local and international property investment trends
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • With own visa preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Sell freehold and off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading developers.
  • Guide investors and end-users through the full purchase process
  • Present and explain property features, pricing structures, payment plans, and ROI
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and virtual property presentations
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
  • Stay updated on current market trends and upcoming developments
  • Prepare and review sales agreements, offers, and contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
