JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This is a newly created opportunity due to Greystar’s expansion in the Australian market into Student Accommodation. We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales & Leasing Manager to lead the leasing strategy for rapidly expanding student accommodation portfolio. This pivotal role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue performance, and seamless student experiences from inquiry to move-in, as well as managing high-performing teams and third-party agent relationships.
Your first year will be transformational — focused on transitioning new properties, establishing streamlined leasing processes, and creating unforgettable resident experiences.
