We are seeking someone with passion for customer care and an interest in marketing and design. No prior experience is needed, we’ll support you every step of the way with full funding and training for industry-recognised Level 2 & Level 3 in Property Management qualifications.
This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn the ins and outs of sales while developing their skills in a supportive environment. As an apprentice, you will gain valuable experience in customer interaction, product knowledge, and sales strategies, preparing you for a successful career in sales.
Based at our modern, easily accessible premises on Pepper Street, you will learn directly from our highly rated team, praised for their proactive support and excellent communication in dealing with vendors, landlords, tenants and buyers alike

You will:

• Learn all aspects of property management and lettings, including marketing, design and AI
• Develop skills in customer liaison, administration, system tools and client-first service

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
