On behalf of our Automotive client, Procom is searching for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Markham, Ontario office.

SALES AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales and Logistics Coordinator will provide day-to-day support for the dealer network, focusing on sales program administration, payments, and logistics for confirmed dealer orders. The role involves identifying dealer inquiry trends and producing weekly summaries for Sales Ops to facilitate network-wide communication.

SALES AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Completed university degree or college diploma in business, sales, or related discipline
  • One to three years’ experience in a related field
  • Advanced PC skills with strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Results-driven with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Solid oral and outstanding written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and display initiative

SALES AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Retail experience managing/dealing with dealers
  • Strong group presentation skills
  • Ability to deal with senior-level executives

Responsibilities
  • Support dealer network inquiries on sales program administration and general dealership business questions
  • Assign dealer orders outside of DRiVE allocation
  • Support dealer network inquiries on individual dealer payments
  • Handle ad hoc requests
  • Reconcile and process dealer payments on a monthly basis for National
  • Address dealer network inquiries via phone and email for confirmed dealer order logistics
  • Generate National Writes and Traffic Reports weekly
  • Post National and Regional Bulletins as needed
  • Produce weekly/monthly dealer inquiry summaries and identify trends
