JOB BRIEF:
We are seeking a Sales and Market Analyst to support our sales and trade marketing initiatives and to provide the necessary support to the North American Sales Director on both the sales management and trade marketing aspects dedicated to this area. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, analyze sales data, and design targeted campaigns to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
· Proficiency in traditional and digital trade marketing tools.
· Strong data analytics skills with experience in related software.
· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, and Google Adwords.
· Familiarity with CRM and CMS software.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Post-secondary diploma focused on data and market analytics.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
· Data-focused mindset with a KPI-driven approach.
· Tech-savvy with excellent computer literacy.
· Ability to manage projects across trade, trade marketing, sales, and corporate domains.
· Excellent oral and written English to collaborate with a team based outside Quebec as well as in the United States
· French an asset
· Conduct research to understand customer behavior, purchasing habits, and market trends.
· Design and implement trade marketing campaigns, including post-program analysis.
· Set up tracking systems for online sales activities.
· Collaborate with Sales Managers and Trade Marketing Specialists to track progress.
· Analyze competitors and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
· Coordinate with trade marketing teams for regional product information.
· Organize promotional activities for new products.
· Prepare sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual).
