Bega Group are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Activations Specialist to join our field sales team! As a key contributor to our commercial success, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering closely with Field Sales, Marketing and broader cross‑functional teams. You’ll translate communications plans into clear, actionable in‑market activity, You’ll also be a trusted connector across the business, driving accountability, strong engagement and win‑win outcomes, both internally and with external partners. Responsibilities Empower field sales teams to win in market by delivering the tools, resources and clarity they need to execute with confidence Design, coordinate and communicate impactful in market activity that turns strategy into action for frontline teams Drive accountability and momentum by managing timelines, processes and commitments with discipline and pace Connect and influence cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, win-win outcomes across the business Build trusted relationships internally and externally to maximise engagement, motivation and commercial value About you Hands-on field sales or activation experience, with a deep understanding of what it takes to execute brilliantly in market Proven ability to design, deliver and clearly communicate in market activity for frontline sales teams Highly organised and detail-driven, with strong discipline in managing processes, timelines and follow-through Naturally able to influence, motivate and constructively hold others accountable to commitments A strong collaborator who builds trusted relationships across functions and with external partners to deliver win win outcomes Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
