Batra Real Estate Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping us achieve our business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in graphic editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Experience in video editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn) and experience in social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different audiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of sales principles and inside sales techniques is a plus.
  • Previous experience in project management or administrative roles is advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Graphic Editing & Design: Utilize your creativity and graphic design skills to create visually compelling marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and more.
  • Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, property listings, client testimonials, and other promotional purposes.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking to enhance our online presence and audience engagement.
  • Inside Sales Agent: Support our sales team by qualifying leads, conducting follow-ups, and nurturing client relationships to drive conversions and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders through various channels, including email, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Project Management: Assist in coordinating marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Admin Skills: Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
