JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an ambitious Sales and Marketing Administrator Executive to play a key administrative role in supporting the commercial team at DiamondAir.
This role involves supporting the development of marketing campaigns, maintaining customer databases and assisting with sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3 – 4 years previous experience in sales support and marketing administration is required for this position. Any experience in the travel industry would benefit your application.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems preferably Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Process and manage sales contracts as required.
  • Sales Support:
  • Support business development efforts across the team with cold emails, calling and follow ups.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Working closely with sales and business development to track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospective clients.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and track progress against sales targets.
  • Research business development leads for the team
  • Generate sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the team.

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to improve future efforts.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer and prospect information, mailing lists, and campaign tracking data.
  • Reporting:
  • Support in the reporting of commercial activity across the team including performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Provie data and reports for senior members of the team to provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy.
