The Sydney Showground is the venue and event management business of the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS). The RAS organise and deliver world-class events including the Sydney Royal Easter ShowSydney Royal competitions, operate the RAS Foundation, the Australasian Animal Registry, and the Sy.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on the search for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join the award-winning Sydney Showground team.
This newly created, permanent, full-time role will support our Sales and Marketing Department by driving efficiencies, strengthening our brand, and helping deliver strategies that showcase Sydney Showground as one of Australia’s premier major event venues.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to coordinate marketing campaigns, deliver engaging digital content, and assist in developing sales tools that help attract high-profile clients and events to Sydney Showground, including ENGIE Stadium.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will gain hands-on experience across marketing, sales and operations.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will have exposure to a broad range of activities, from digital campaigns and media partnerships to client engagement and sales support. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, creative environment where ideas are encouraged, and your contribution directly impacts our success.
