The Opportunity: Sales Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to join our sales department. This full-time role is essential for providing key administrative support, assisting with property processes, and ensuring smooth client interactions. You will play a vital part in our team, helping us maintain high standards of customer service and support our sales activities.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

This role involves a variety of administrative and client support tasks:

  • Property Support:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and bringing new properties to market.
  • Coordinate essential administrative tasks related to property listings, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ensure all property information is accurately maintained, both digitally and in physical files.
  • Client & Sales Assistance:
  • Respond to sales enquiries and concerns efficiently via phone, email, and in person.
  • Help manage client communications and updates throughout the sales process.
  • Accurately book and manage diaries for viewings, valuations, and other appointments.
  • Assist with various sales and marketing campaigns, including the use of social media.
  • Support the generation and qualification of sales leads and enquiries.
  • General Administration:
  • Develop and maintain customer databases and sales activity records.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring sales activities.
  • Help develop and update sales and promotional materials.
  • Participate in sales calls and support outreach efforts to clients.
