REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Awareness of pharmaceutical product range; knowledge of oncology or relevant therapy area preferred
  • Strong word processing and organizational skills
  • Professional, effective communication with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken)
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant – Oncology, you will provide critical organizational and administrative support to the business unit, helping to ensure seamless cooperation and communication between sales and marketing teams, as well as between office-based and field colleagues. You will be at the heart of our operations, playing a vital role in maintaining effective workflows and supporting impactful projects in oncology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Sales, Marketing, Diagnostics and Medical teams to the Business Unit Director and leadership team, including regular meeting organization
  • Serve as a key contact for field-based employees and customer inquiries
  • Independently manage organizational tasks for customers, office-based staff, and Franchise Leads; forward technical requests as needed
  • Ensure efficient information flow between office and field staff
  • Plan and organize national and international events and travel activities; provide on-site support where required
  • Oversee production, dispatch, and stock management of promotional materials; coordinate reorders and new productions with suppliers and purchasing
  • Obtain and negotiate offers with suppliers and coordinate purchases
  • Ensure full compliance with Company values, Code of Conduct, and all policies and procedures
  • Complete AZ Code of Conduct training and report any compliance issues promptly
