JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team and lead our B2C efforts . In this role, you will be responsible for selling our recruitment, job-seeking, and career development services directly to individual consumers. You’ll play a key part in growing Resurgir’s brand presence, generating leads, closing sales, and building lasting client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in B2C sales or marketing (experience selling services is a plus).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools, email marketing, and social media.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Energetic with a growth mindset.Able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Identify, target, and convert individual clients through direct and digital marketing strategies.
• Promote and sell Resurgir’s job-seeker services.
• Generate leads via social media, events, email marketing, and partnerships.
• Develop and execute B2C marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages to nurture and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.Represent Resurgir at career fairs, webinars, and networking events.
