Position Overview
The Sales and Marketing Associate will play a key role in managing promotional campaigns, social media presence, and lead generation. This position involves creating and implementing marketing strategies, handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into quotes, and supporting our commercial construction contracts. Additionally, this role may include responsibilities related to accounts management, tenant relations, and administrative coordination. We are seeking a team player who can adapt to various roles and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content for promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Call and follow up with potential clients, converting leads into quotes and sales.
  • Assist with sales efforts related to commercial construction contracts and office fit-outs.
  • Track and report marketing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Support other roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks, including:
  • Managing Accounts Receivable and Payable using QuickBooks.
  • Coordinating tenant relations through Tenant Cloud.
  • Assisting with lease documentation.
  • Running payroll using Paychex.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and marketing (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and implement marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Familiarity with the cleaning or construction industry is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Suite; experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks, Tenant Cloud, and Paychex preferred (or willingness to learn).

This position begins as part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.17 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
