As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator in our San Diego office, you will support the execution of our marketing and business development initiatives by playing a key part in planning and implementing annual marketing activities, coordinating trade shows and events, creating and managing engaging content, and supporting sales outreach efforts. Essential Job Functions: Marketing Planning & Execution Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and schedule Track, update, and manage timelines and deliverables as marketing activities evolve throughout the year Support internal product promotions, capability campaigns, and overall brand visibility. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operations goals Content Creation & Social Media Help create and curate creative, meaningful, and relevant content for social media, newsletters, and campaigns Align content with the marketing calendar and current market trends to drive engagement Support copywriting, design coordination, and scheduling of posts across platforms Trade Show & Event Coordination Manage trade show logistics, including booth space booking, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination Track key dates, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful event execution Coordinate materials, displays, and promotional items for each event Identify and manage speaking or sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand visibility and showcase company expertise Industry Engagement Manage company memberships and participation in industry associations and related activities Monitor upcoming events, partnerships, or sponsorship opportunities aligned with company goals Sales Support Help maintain and update tasks, leads, and contacts in HubSpot CRM Support outreach campaigns to identify and engage new business prospects Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts drive qualified opportunities Innovation & Creative Contribution Propose and execute creative, out-of-the-box ideas that support marketing and sales initiatives Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the brand’s visibility, awareness, and market reach Location Position is based in San Diego with a hybrid schedule.* *The hybrid work arrangement is subject to change based on business needs including but not limited to training, performance, or other operational requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or similar role Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and writing skills Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred Familiarity with trade show logistics and event planning is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation Must be a US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident) Compensation and Benefits Marketing Coordinator pay range: $28.04/hour - $45.82/hour *This range represents base pay. In addition, you may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation.
