JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in guiding customers from the initial quote stage to the delivery of products, ensuring complete satisfaction. This position is key in managing customer interactions, ranging from catalog items to custom manufactured goods, by providing accurate quotes, proposals, and following up on purchases. The role will evolve to include face-to-face customer engagement through business meetings over the next two years. Strong experience in CRM or similar systems is essential to maintain organization and develop customer engagement plans.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for reporting, and Outlook for daily emailing.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Technical skills in manufacturing and sales support.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and follow up on catalog-level sales quotations via email and phone.
  • Facilitate quick responses from engineering for customer’s technical inquiries.
  • Update and maintain CRM platform for accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing teams for external meetings and note-taking.
  • Build presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Update and maintain company website to optimize traffic.
  • Facilitate targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Assist in content generation for website and LinkedIn.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs.
