Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator with a background in Senior Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care to join our dedicated team. This position plays a critical role in sales support, resident relations, and move-in coordination — ensuring every new resident and their family experiences a seamless and welcoming transition into our community. In addition to a competitive base pay, this role offers commission opportunities for achieving occupancy goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Achieve and exceed occupancy goals by supporting sales efforts and move-in processes.
  • Coordinate all move-ins from deposit to arrival day, ensuring apartments are tour-ready and meet all resident requests.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new residents and families, providing guidance and exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Director to execute marketing events, outreach, and networking activities.
  • Maintain CRM database, follow-up tasks, and accurate lead tracking for all prospects.
  • Conduct post-move-in follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep the community “tour ready” at all times and assist with tours when needed.
  • Work closely with maintenance, housekeeping, and nursing teams to prepare apartments and coordinate assessments.
  • Ensure all required documentation (Physician’s Reports, assessments, contracts) is complete before move-in.
  • Attend community events, vendor fairs, and outreach visits to promote the community and generate leads.
