CTDC is a training provider specializing on health and safety in construction and other hazardous industries. With years of experience in the field, our expert trainers and consultants have empowered countless professionals to create and maintain safe work environments. We are now looking to expand our services to reach many more organisations with the aim of making CTDC a leader in the training providers industry. CTDC has access to excellent training facilities, setting it apart form other training providers.
To join our organisation you must be a talented and experienced sales executive, ideally with some knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in construction.
You must have the drive and ambition to make CTDC a leader in the construction training arena.

Role and responsibilities

  • Promote our courses and training centre to reach as many organisations as possible.
  • Create seamless client experience, from contact to aftercare.
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our current and future clients
  • Research and understand the market to ensure the company stays competitive
  • Work well with other member of the team so customer experience is second to none
  • Keep the management team up to date with work completed and progress made
  • Use modern marketing tools like LinkedIn, E-mails and social media if possible

Skills required

  • Proven experience in sales is a must for this role
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Knowledge of the latest technology used in marketing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Knowledge of CRM software would be an advantage to help create a successful client database
  • Excellent organisational skills

Pay will be negotiated based on experience.
Performance Related Pay will be applicable for this role.
