We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and post engaging ads across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to promote vehicle inventory, special offers, and dealership events.
  • Create visually appealing and persuasive content that resonates with target customers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends to keep ads fresh and relevant.
  • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from social media platforms, answering questions and providing details about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
  • Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and test drives, converting online interactions into in-person visits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers via direct messaging, comments, and other engagement tactics.
  • Sales Conversion:
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial interest to closing the sale.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to provide a smooth, informative, and satisfying car-buying experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by converting leads from social media into completed sales.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to develop effective promotions and sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights on what types of ads and promotions perform best.
