We’re seeking a passionate and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to driving growth and building brand awareness while ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience from their first interaction to project completion.
Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist the marketing manager in implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote Yoder Homes’ brand, services, and properties.
  • Help Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with photographers and designers to produce high-quality visuals for promotions.
  • Coordinate events such as open houses, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.

Sales Support:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for prospective clients, responding to inquiries in a

professional and timely manner.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Track and manage client relationships in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to- date information.
  • Support sales team members in nurturing leads and closing deals.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the pre-construction schedule tasks set by sales team members, this will involve working with architects, engineers and other trade partners on a daily basis.
  • General coordination and alignment of the sales team initiatives as needed.

Administrative Duties:

  • Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain an organized calendar of sales and marketing activities, deadlines, and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing budgets for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the construction, real estate, or home building industry.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding consistency.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (preferred but not required).
