We are seeking a driven and passionate Sales and Marketing Manager or Senior Executive to lead our growing Sales & Marketing department – someone who thrives on strategy, execution, and measurable results.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in education or academy sales (e.g., WSQ, SkillsFuture, enrichment courses) is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Canva, EDM platforms).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Passion for creative industries, hands-on learning, and branding.
Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow both B2B and B2C sales (e.g., workshops, product bundles, private events, retail partnerships).
  • Oversee course enrollment and retail product sales across online (Shopify) and offline (studio/storefront) platforms.
  • Build and manage corporate client accounts and sales pipelines (e.g., SkillsFuture events, private team-building workshops).
  • Lead pricing strategy, packaging, and promotional planning.

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social media channels.
  • Manage and optimize performance for Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email automation tools.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing content (videos, reels, EDMs, posters) in alignment with brand identity.
  • Analyze marketing data, measure campaign ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Project Oversight

  • Lead and mentor the Sales & Marketing team including digital marketer(s), content creator(s), and customer engagement staff.
  • Set KPIs, review monthly performance, and prepare management reports.
  • Coordinate with the course and product development teams for new launches and marketing alignment.

Campaigns, Events & Community Engagement

  • Spearhead promotional events, course launches, open house activities, and SkillsFuture roadshows.
  • Identify and negotiate influencer and brand collaboration opportunities.
  • Drive community-building efforts and loyalty programs through creative storytelling and engagement.
