DESCRIPTION:

Aldersgate Retirement Community is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead and grow our community’s occupancy and outreach efforts. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about helping older adults and families discover the comfort, care, and peace of mind that Aldersgate provides.
As Sales & Marketing Director, you will collaborate with the home office sales and marketing team on all aspects of community marketing, referral outreach, and lead generation. You will build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and families, guide them through the decision-making process, and ensure a smooth transition into our community. You will also build strong connections with local partners, healthcare professionals, and the broader community to promote Aldersgate’s mission and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in senior living sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with older adults and their families.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative, motivated, and goal-oriented, with a genuine passion for serving others.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic marketing tools is a plus.
