JOB OVERVIEW

Park View Homes is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing Director to lead our internal sales and marketing functions. This role is accountable for developing and executing high-level strategies that drive lead generation, firm sales, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will bring an innovative and data-driven approach, a passion for leadership, and the ability to align both teams with the company’s business objectives and customer needs — while enabling them to execute effectively within their own roles.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Set and lead sales and marketing strategy
• Drive lead generation and firm sales

• Oversee campaigns, brand, and messaging
• Track and optimize performance and ROI

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong strategic sales expertise with proven experience in developing comprehensive sales plans and strategies.
• Experience leading, training, and coaching sales teams to achieve high performance.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in CRM systems, customer management tools and and digital marketing tools
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for pricing homes and analyzing sales data.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in online marketing, e-commerce and SEO

  Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
