SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

Location: Hybrid: 3 days in the office (Walton on the Hill, Tadworth), 2 days WFH
Reporting to: Managing Director
Salary: Up to £100000 per annum (dependant upon experience) plus package

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the company’s growth and development strategy. Your responsibilities will include leading all aspects of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, whilst collaborating with other key functions to align activities with overall business objectives. You will ensure the effective delivery of our facilities management strategy, develop plans to increase market penetration, and build strong partnerships with both new and existing clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring client needs are met and long-term relationships are fostered.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute plans to expand our facilities management offering, increase market share, and improve profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Provide clear direction, mentoring, and support to the sales, bid, and marketing teams, ensuring their performance aligns with business goals.
  • Brand and Market Presence: Enhance brand awareness and credibility through strategic marketing and active participation in industry and networking events.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
