Position Summary: The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for generating interest in the community, building and maintaining communication with potential residents and family members, and achieving census goals.

WE OFFER: SALARY OF UP TO $70K-80K DOE, BASED ON EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND LOCATION.

In addition we have a highly competitive commission plan and benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, a matching IRA, and a company paid life insurance plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales and marketing experience
• Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred
• Must be 18 and able to pass a DSHS background check
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public

• Take all incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries for your community requesting information. Set-up tour/visits from those contacts.
• Maintains our Customer Relations management system
• Follow-up with tour/visits.
• Develops and maintains consistent contact with referral sources. This includes making cold calls in the greater community.
• Facilitates move-in process.
