EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
• At least 5 years’ experience in technical sales, marketing, or engineering roles
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop team members
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Work base in Singapore office

• Develop strategies : Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive team success.
• Lead the team : Manage and inspire the sales team to enhance overall performance and productivity.
• Build relationships : Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Stay competitive : Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to adjust sales strategies effectively.
• Report progress : Regularly communicate sales performance and market developments to senior management.
• Installation & Support : Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems post-sale.
• Product Expertise : Understand the design, function, and technical specs of products or systems inside out.
• Technical Customization : Work with clients to tailor solutions to their specific engineering needs.
• Understanding technical products or services deeply enough to explain them to clients in a compelling way.
