JOB PURPOSE

Our role is to provide exhibitors with solutions that help them bring their events to life by utilising audio-visual technologies. This ensures that clients use the best presentation products and technologies to help them promote their products and services on their exhibition stand.
Your role is to promote and sell our exhibition services so that exhibitors choose the right technology to promote their services. This will be achieved by assisting with outbound marketing activities that drives traffic to our web shops, helping with the processing of web shop orders and selling directly to exhibitors.
We are growing as a company and have won some exciting new clients recently. That’s why we’re looking for a bright, motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to provide support to our internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will market to exhibitors using Mailchimp
• You will contact prospective clients by email/phone to discuss the AV requirements for their exhibition projects
• You will create quotations for exhibitors, understanding their objectives and identifying the best solution for their needs
• You will receive and process orders directly from clients and from Aztec’s web shop
• For some larger events you will go to site to meet clients and assist with coordination of exhibitor orders
• You will utilise Aztec’s CRM to provide up to date management information and reports
• You will supervise the exhibitor sales team
