SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing in spirits, beverage, or FMCG sectors.
  • Existing network in the beverage/alcohol industry (desirable).
  • Strong B2B sales skills and client management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Results-driven, organised, and proactive with attention to detail.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

You’ll be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities across the Distillery’s premium spirits and bulk supply segments. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll develop and implement sales strategies, build lasting relationships with B2B customers, and raise brand awareness through digital marketing channels. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting UK-based distilleries, beverage producers, distributors, and hospitality venues.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, tastings, and industry events.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with B2B customers.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
  • Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
