Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales and a strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain client relationships. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and property valuation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

• Identify and engage potential clients to promote property sales.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and investors.
• Negotiate and finalize sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inquiries, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
