We supply our products to many of the most prestigious restaurants, pubs, bistros and food establishments in Wales. We have great pride in our heritage, our quality product and what we do. We also have retail outlets in Cwmbran shopping centre and Llanyravon.
We currently have a vacancy for a Sales and Marketing Executive based at our head office in Cwmbran. The role will require the overseeing of all of our marketing efforts, so creativity is key.

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation’s social media and Marketing platforms. This includes producing engaging content, analysing data usage and community/followers engagement. The job-holder will be required to develop compelling content including Gifs, images, graphics and video working with colleagues. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting engagement and performance across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content including graphics, GIFs, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media and campaign performance.
  • Manage paid social and PPC campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
  • Maintain and update the company website with fresh, relevant content.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance user experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
  • Edit and repurpose multimedia content for various marketing channels.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
