With a stunning location, surrounds, and impeccable service, we create unforgettable stays for our visitors. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team ahead of an exciting period of growth, with several key projects underway that will further enhance our brand and offerings in 2025 and beyond.
· Implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and website updates.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, media and other partners.
· Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel in Killarney and other locations in Ireland when needed.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.
· Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and business development opportunities.
Key Requirements:
· Proficiency in social content creation, with strong technical skills.
· Previous experience in a similar sales or marketing role is necessary, ideally within the travel or luxury sectors.
· Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing strategies, and content creation, including Canva and other design tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
· A creative mindset with a passion for branding and guest engagement.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.
