We are a passionate, small-scale honey producer dedicated to producing high-quality, natural honey from our own bees and from other British bee farmers. We are a small team with the capacity and potential to expand sales throughout the UK, including to larger retailers such as supermarkets

Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help us grow our brand, expand our customer base, and showcase the incredible quality of our honey to the world. You will be at the forefront of our digital and wholesale efforts and will work closely with the owner to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Take ownership of our social media presence, with a focus on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • TikTok Content Creation: Develop and run engaging TikTok live streams, creating exciting, shareable content that brings our honey to life.
  • Wholesale Outreach: Identify and engage with potential wholesale customers through calls, emails, and meetings. Maintain excellent phone manners and build lasting relationships.
  • Digital Content: Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and posts to promote the brand, product, and farm life.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with online customers, answer queries, and generate buzz around promotions, new releases, and seasonal offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales, analyse performance, and work to improve marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing Personality: Enthusiastic, friendly, and personable with a passion for engaging with people.
  • Strong Social Media Skills: Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok, including live streaming, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Excellent Phone Manner: Comfort with speaking to customers and potential wholesale clients in a professional yet approachable manner.
  • Digital Content Skills: Ability to create engaging content, from photography to videos, that resonates with a broad audience.
  • Passion for Honey: You must be excited about honey and eager to share that passion with others!
  • Organized and Self-Motivated: Able to manage your time effectively and work independently.

Working Environment:

  • Office-based: Minimum of 3 days per week at the farm
  • Remote Work: Flexibility to work from home for the rest of the week.
