About The Role Join Cruise Whitsundays as a Sales & Marketing Executive and play a hands-on role in bringing our brand to life. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for showcasing the very best of the Whitsundays through engaging digital content, creative campaigns and compelling storytelling. With a strong focus on digital marketing, social media and content creation, this role is ideal for someone who loves being on the tools — capturing content, shaping stories, managing online channels and helping inspire travellers from around the world. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Assisting in the delivery of Cruise Whitsundays’ digital and integrated marketing campaigns, supporting planning, execution and continuous improvement across all channels. Producing, scheduling and publishing engaging, on-brand content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, while actively managing social media channels and responding to comments, reviews and enquiries to build community engagement. Planning, coordinating and supporting photo and video shoots to ensure high-quality, visually compelling content is captured for use across digital, social and marketing channels. Developing, writing and publishing engaging and relevant blog content that supports brand storytelling, campaign activity and website performance. Updating and maintaining website content using WordPress, ensuring information is accurate, current and engaging, and supporting optimisation where required. Briefing and assisting in the creation of marketing assets across digital, visual, print and signage formats, working closely with internal and external creative teams to ensure brand consistency. Supporting cooperative marketing activity and campaign delivery in collaboration with regional, state and national tourism and industry partners. Managing marketing administration tasks as required About You You’re a creative and visually minded marketer who enjoys telling stories that inspire and connect with audiences.
