Job Description:
Loma Tours For Tourism Co. LLC, a leading travel agency in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, a proven record in sales and marketing, and the ability to create and execute strategies that drive client engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our travel services, including holiday packages, Umrah trips, and UAE attraction tickets.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to design and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
• Conduct market research to understand current trends and client preferences, helping to tailor our offerings effectively.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the travel or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
