OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
