We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead customer acquisition, build and manage client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine sales, marketing, and relationship management to drive business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management (preferably in financial services)
  • Strong knowledge of lending products and the financial ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the company’s financing products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, working capital finance, etc.)
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Develop brand awareness through events, marketing partnerships, and digital presence
  • Track marketing performance and suggest optimizations based on data
  • Identify and tap into new markets, segments, and strategic partnerships
  • Onboard channel partners, DSA networks, and referral partners to increase lead pipeline
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with individual and business clients
