We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Co-op students interns to join our team as Sales & Marketing Interns for a large-scale cultural event. This is a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in sales outreach, stakeholder engagement, and event marketing—while directly contributing to an event that brings communities together.
Your main responsibility will be calling potential stakeholders, sharing event details, and building strong relationships to increase participation. You’ll also assist in outreach coordination, promotional support, and pre-event preparations.
Compensation: Base amount, with a stipend provided based on confirmed sales you generate

Responsibilities
  • Call and follow up with potential stakeholders to introduce the event and present collaboration opportunities
  • Clearly explain event benefits, answer questions, and provide supporting materials
  • Keep organized records of all calls, follow-ups, and confirmed participation
  • Assist in preparing and delivering promotional materials to stakeholders during visits
  • Support the team during in-person activations, community events, and pre-event logistics

  • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of event operations, partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with email communication.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for events, cultural activities, and connecting with diverse communities.
