Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team for a 4-month internship. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, marketing, and business development. You will support our efforts in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and growing Resurgir’s brand presence.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads and support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Help create marketing materials, including social media content, blog posts, and newsletters.
Support the management of Resurgir’s social media channels and engagement strategies.
Track and report key sales and marketing metrics.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the team on brand awareness and promotional campaigns.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or social media management is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to research and analyse market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Canva, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Creative and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and in a team.
